International postage- for large bundles a carrier is used and prices depend on location. We charge the cost of postage. Please email before purchase & we will do a search to get the best deal we CAN for you! Alternatively you may use your own courier service to collect you item.


Once your item has been collected we will email you a tracking no, you will be able to track your parcel on line or by phone. insurance is in included. When your parcel has left us! it will be signed for and we obtain the dispatch note. we will & can not responsible for any damages in transit or by post.

All parcels sent we do obtain receipts , so if your parcel does not arrive please let us know and we can act upon this with royal mail. A return if undelivered address label will be placed on the parcel..

Refunds for missing parcels will only be issued once we have been reimbursed by the company, parcels-royal mail so please be patient as a process has to be followed. Royal mail will require you return a completed non-receipt form before we are issued with any refund, so please return this as soon as possible to royal mail.
