Not only is the AccuSat Series the smallest and lightest PLB on the market, the MT410G offers a massive 7 year battery replacement life, an ‘industry first’ 7 year warranty, a high intensity LED strobe and a ‘Non Hazmat’ battery pack for simple and cost effective transportation, all contributing to the unique AccuSat advantage.
The current 121.5/243 MHz analogue COSPAS SARSAT service will be terminated in February 2009 and only the 406 MHz digital beacon signals will be processed thereafter. Consumers have for some time recognised the major benefits of a 406 MHz over a 121.5 MHz device in faster, more accurate detection, personal identification of each beacon, reduced search area resulting in a faster more targeted response in a life threatening situation. However the prohibitive cost of 406 MHz beacons has always been an issue.
Today with cutting edge microprocessor technology, GME’s engineers are able to provide the outdoor adventurer with a 406 MHz PLB solution that is not only affordable, but provides enhanced peace of mind for boaters, bush walkers, 4 x 4 enthusiasts and aviators should they ever require emergency assistance.
GME has been designing and manufacturing emergency beacons in Australia for over 30 years. In that time literally hundreds of lives have been saved in Australia and around the world.
Please note : Although this is an International/Global monitored device it is factory programmed for Australian registration only and is not suitable for export and due to export/import agreements with our supplier and international distributors, we cannot supply versions with registraion capability for other countries outside Australia and we will not ship this item outside of Australia.
Note : For areas where compulsory carriage of a 406 mhz Digital EPIRB is required the MT410G is deemed a portable unit (PLB) and may not comply with regulation pertaining to the requiremnet of a fixed mount type EPIRB, this is typical for marine/boat regulations. There is no regulation requirement for land portable (4WD, bushwalking, hiking, aircraft etc.) use. For more info see www.gme.net.au

We have over 22 years of experience in the communications industry! You can visit us at our retail store however any sales originating from ebay must be finalised through ebay checkout process but your welcome to collect and pay for your item from our store.

We ship all items (unless stated in listing) via TOLL Priority or Australia Post. TOLL Priority is a overnight courier service, and requires a signature and contact phone number.
Without a contact phone number your item will be shipped via Australia Post. All Australia Post parcels are sent via Registered "e-parcel" which requires a signature on delivery. Australia Post will leave a post office collection card if no one is at destination to sign for parcel.
We accept no responsibility for any items damaged in transit. Any damage claim arising from transport must claimed directly through Australia Post at the nearest post office to destination. Insurance is available at buyers expense, please contact us for a quote.

Post quoted in listings is inclusive of postal cost, registration for tracking, packaging and handling, and courier handling fees in processing your ebay purchase.
