A. Yes, we have a retail store called Contact Communictaions operating in South Australia, and is located at 5 Murray St, GAWLER. Our contact number for product enquiries is 08 8522 5558, between 9-5 weekdays (SA local time).
We have over 22 years of experience in the communications industry! You can visit us at our retail store however any sales originating from ebay must be finalised through ebay checkout process but your welcome to collect and pay for your item from our store.
In store we accept Cash, EFTPOS, VisaCard, and Mastercard for your ebay purchase.

Q. Can I have your bank details? |

A. Bank deposit is no longer an accepted method of payment. You can however use Paypal directly through banking accounts to transfer funds.

Goods will be posted usually within 24 hours during weekdays from receipt of verified payment as long as your details are provided including item number won, your eBay ID and your delivery address.

We ship all items (unless stated in listing) via TOLL Priority or Australia Post. TOLL Priority is a overnight courier service, and requires a signature and contact phone number.
Without a contact phone number your item will be shipped via Australia Post. All Australia Post parcels are sent via Registered "e-parcel" which requires a signature on delivery. Australia Post will leave a post office collection card if no one is at destination to sign for parcel.
We accept no responsibility for any items damaged in transit. Any damage claim arising from transport must claimed directly through Australia Post at the nearest post office to destination. Insurance is available at buyers expense, please contact us for a quote.

Post quoted in listings is inclusive of postal cost, registration for tracking, packaging and handling, and courier handling fees in processing your ebay purchase. It does not cover courier re-delivery fees if you supply an incorrect address or no-one is available to sign for the parcel. You must supply an address that the parcel can be delivered to during business hours.
Postage costs can be avoided if picked up from our retail store.

Pick-up is available after prior arrangement, supplying us with 48 hours notice, and strictly between 9am - 5pm weekdays.

Payment can be made at time of pickup, we accept eftpos, credit card or cash. Sorry we do not accept COD payments.

Our postage costs are NOT negotiable, nor is our method of transit. |

No Warranty or Returns offered on USED items.
NEW items do have Warranty (please see listings for details), and is "return to base".
(Return to base is defined as the customer must pay post/freight in the event of an item needing warranty repair, alternatively if you ask us we should be able to refer to your nearest authorised service repair centre) .
