Here is everything needed to successfully complete yor go kart brake bleeding job. Get youself a bottle od Disc Brake Fluid. And remember not to use any fancy or expensive racing brake fluid. Our brake seals are not compatible with it and it will cause you problems.

All you need to complete the job is gravity.

Just open the bleed screws on the rear caliper and let he new Brake Fluid flow through the hydraulic system. Oh, during this process with the tap on the unit wide open, plunge the brake pedal forward a couple of times. This will purge any air traped in the master cylinder out of it and up the feed tube. Allow the air bubbles to rise into the filler bottle. That wat there will be on air what so ever in your brake systen. this will allow a firm pedal feel. Thus avoiding that spongy feel when brakes have air in the system.
