Excludes Easter period, September/October QLD and NSW school holidays, Schoolies weeks November/December and Peak season 23^rd December to 23^rd January and Indy (A1-GP) weekend. 

All other school holidays, long weekends and public holidays $50 per night surcharge.

Extra person charge $25 per night (under 2 years free, no bedding supplied)

Cot hire $40 per week
