RESORT FACILITIES
The Beaches In The Sky is a massive pool and leisure area on level 5 of the resort which also connects the 3 separate towers. Featuring a 600m² bell-shaped pool with natural rocky outcrops, bridge and spas all surrounded by white sandy beaches. Landscaped subtropical gardens provide shade for many barbecue and entertainment areas around the pool.
Beyond the large grass sunbaking and recreation area is the health pavilion featuring an indoor 25m heated pool, spa, saunas, gymnasium and change facilities.
Other facilities at the Chevron Renaissance include a private theatre for guests, club lounge and games room. The private theatre can be hired by families and large groups to watch DVD's. The Towers of Chevron Renaissance is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.
Airports
Chevron Renaissance is approximately 20 minutes from Coolangatta Airport, and approximately one hour from Brisbane domestic and international airports.
Public Transport
Buses regularly service the areas immediately surrounding Chevron Renaissance and several other locations in Surfers Paradise.
There are train stations located at Helensvale, Nerang and Robina, all of which are approximately 20 minutes by car, and all have regular bus and taxi services to Surfers Paradise.

Listings for set dates cannot be changed.
None of our accommodation can be resold on Ebay.
If anyone is found to be reselling our accommodation on Ebay then the whole booking will be voided/forfeited.
Payment is required in full within 3 days of auction ending.
This accommodation is valid for up to a maximum of 4 people only (no exceptions), this includes children from 2 years onwards

BOND PAYMENTS
During the following dates (21/11/2009-13/12/2009) a bond of $1000 by Pre Authorised Credit Card or Bank Transfer per unit will apply & $200.00 per person. This is payable 7 days prior to arrival. If this is not received our cancellation policy will come into effect (see cancellation policy)
The bond will be returned within 14 days from your check-out by bank transfer to your nominated account or by reversal to the original Credit Card.
HOUSE & SECURITY RULES
House rules apply as per each resorts policy for accommodation from the 21 November 2009 until the 13th December 2009, please email for a copy.

CANCELLATIONS
If cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date $150 per person will be forfeited, if cancelled less than 60 days prior to your arrival date 100% of the accommodation total will be forfeited.
Changes to bookings are permitted more than 60 days from arrival date but are subject to a $50 charge at time of change by Credit Card.
Our office hours are 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Check in and check out including key giving and collecting is done by our own staff personally, (not by the Reception of the Resort).
