Situated on a peaceful canal just off the Broadwater in a convenient location
to all the attractions on Queensland's Gold Coast, Bayview Bay is set
in a pleasant garden with its own Marina. It is north of Surfers
Paradise and is centrally located to the major theme parks and shopping
centres.
Bayview Bay
is a place to relax by the pool or to wet a line from the jetty. Enjoy
a BBQ under the palm trees by the salt-water pool and watch the sun go
down whilst the boats and board walk complete the scene. The heated Spa
may ease away any of the days tension.
Situated on Bayview Street and a major bus route it makes it easy to
get around if you are not traveling by car. It is a short walk to
Runaway Bay Shopping Village and the Runaway Bay Super Sports centre.
Bayview Bay is a three Storey walk up apartment complex of Two Bedroom Self Catering apartments.
All apartments have either balconies or Garden courtyards. There is
secured undercover parking and a boat ramp. All apartments have either
ceiling or floor fans and the location means that the sea breeze make
conditions very pleasant.
There is a range of restaurants within easy walking distance and the
night-life of Surfers Paradise is only 20 minutes away by car or taxi.
Looking for something easy then two of the best Fish & Chip shops
on the Gold Coast are just down the road.
Looking for a more energetic holiday then there is the wide expanse of
the peaceful Broadwater and its range of water based activities.
Bayview Bay is handy to many of the Gold Coasts great Golf courses.
A spacious open plan living area opening onto the
balcony or courtyard enables room to relax in front of the TV or to
spend time with family and friends. There are either Ceiling or floor
fans.
The fully equipped Kitchen
includes a Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Wall oven and refrigerator. All
that is required is your food to stock the pantry.
There
are two bedrooms, one with Queen and ensuite shower /toilet. The second
bedroom has two single beds and a separate Bathroom Laundry and a
separate toilet. Cots, High chairs and rollaway beds are available for
hire. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
The BBQ area is available to all guests and is located by the board
walk under the Palm trees. You can enjoy your BBQ on the tables under
the large Umbrellas or take it back to your apartment.
The
pool is salt-water and there are plenty of Lounges, Chairs and
Umbrellas to relax by the pool. The spa is heated for those cooler
winter days or to relax after a busy day.
