2. Pickups, Postage and Handling

Massive Joe's Nutrition does not cater for pick ups. We will not allow pick ups under any circumstances.

All items are sent via Australia Post.

Massive Joe's Nutrition will not post any product until payment for that product has been received. All products are posted within two business days of payment being received. Massive Joe's Nutrition is not responsible for transit times or any delays that may occur during transit.

Massive Joe's Nutrition assumes no responsibility for products that are lost or broken during transit. Massive Joe's Nutrition will post with insurance at the customer's request, however the extra cost incurred by the insurance must be covered by the customer.

Massive Joe's Nutrition can post using Express Postage if it is requested by the customer, however the customer must cover the extra cost of using this service. Where Massive Joe's Nutrition offers a free upgrade to Express Post, the customer shall pay the Regular Postage fee and Massive Joe's Nutrition shall upgrade the customer to Express Postage free of charge.

Massive Joe's Nutrition may, at its discretion, combine postage fees on orders containing multiple products. The customer must contact Massive Joe's Nutrition before placing an order to request combined postage for a subsequent order.

All postage and handling prices include a charge to cover the cost of packaging.

3. Returns

Massive Joe's Nutrition will accept returns if the product is faulty or is not as described in the item description.

If an item is to be returned it must be returned in its original, sealed package and must be unused.

Returns will be given as a full refund of the purchase price or as a credit. Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, except in the case where Massive Joe's Nutrition has been grossly negligent.
