GRIMM'S FAIRY TALES - Illustrated by Mabel Lucy Attwell.

 The Golden Treasury Library, Raphael Tuck Sons ("Publishers to Their Majesties the King & Queen"), London. Printed in England.

Hard cloth cover with colour illustration applied to front, 280 pages & colour plates (3 remaining from original 6) + advertising books from same publisher at back. Numerous B&W illustrations throughout text.

CONDITION: "Very knocked around" - Missing 3 of original 6 colour plates, bumping to ends / edges, wear to spine, surface rubbing to cover illustration. Two of the remaining plates are not attached to the book, pages 191-6 torn at edge (missing edge portion but all text present). Charcoal(?) inside back cover / flyleaf; various marks / corners folded sporadically through the book. Some internal separation of spine.
