Great Britain, folded business letter concerning accounts of Monsieur A. Piper, sent from London via Calais to Bordeau, France. Postage of 3d (black script) was paid at Lombardy Street in The City of London (red PAID h/s and 'PD' in oval). Large double sheet, with embossed seal, upper left, of Drake, Kleinwort and Cohen, London, a highly regarded Merchant Bank, now known as Kleinwort Benson. Very clean and attractive, with no faults.
