The PSU (Power Supply Unit) is the most important component in any computer system. This is even more so in high-end gaming systems which required a constant, stable supply of high-level current and voltage. Many PSU's these days are not able to supply the amount of power they specify. They have what is called a 'nominal power rating'. This means the company who manufactures the PSU decide what rating they think the unit can supply rather than the amount it can actually supply. The true rating is often as little as half the nominal rating. All good PSU's have a 'true' rating. This means that the PSU is certified to be able to supply this level of power under all conditions. Every ProTuned system comes with a carefully designed and tested cooling system. Our custom cooling configuration provides a fully dynamic, thermally controlled environment within the system allowing components to run well below normal operating temperatures. The system is designed to monitor the heat output of components as well as the actual temperature of components and the temperature within the system chassis. The fans within the system respond to these readings and adjust accordingly. This means that the system runs at the optimum temperature at all times and under all circumstances. If anything goes wrong with your system or it's components simply send it in and ProTuned Systems will fix/replace your system so long as the system and it's components were not mistreated.
After 2 years from the purchase date, ProTuned Systems will assist you with your computer when needed via phone or e-mail and, if you want to upgrade or send your system in for repair, you will not be charged for labor. ProTuned Systems will upgrade and service your system for life only billing you for parts and shipping. Upgrades are limited to your motherboard and chassis capacity. ProTuned Systems will not upgrade motherboards.
All manufacturers' warranties are included for each individual component. These warranties range from one year to lifetime. Please refer to your user's manuals for warranty and registration information. If a failed component is still under warranty, ProTuned Systems will install and configure your hardware at no cost.
