I have played this record and in my opinion the item is in:

 

EXCELLENT CONDITION: Sleeve has some slight wear and vinyl has some very slight surface marks. Vinyl shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. NOTE This vinyl has a warp but this in no way affects play.
