I think Gymboree make such lovely, well made clothes which are just so cute! 
This outfit features a "Dino Tracks" tee-shirt with matching cord pants.  The tee-shirt is green with dark olive (hopefully described colour right!) sleeves.  The pants are also an olive colour.
 
Sized 3-6 months which I think would be a size 00.
 
Both items are in great pre-loved condition.
