Auction Terms

By placing a bid on this auction, the bidder agrees to the terms and conditions set out in this auction ad.

• We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with overall negative feedback.
• Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close.
• Unpaid auction wins or incomplete sales will be forfeited after 7 days, and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be issued with eBay. A restocking fee of 15% will also apply (min $10).
• Orders will be processed after payment is received in full. Typical payment clearing times:
      • Credit Card - Next Business Day
      • Bank Deposit - 2 Business Days
      • PayPal eCheque - upto 5 Business Days
• All prices include GST.
• The recommended retail price (ORRP) is a guide only, and represents the RRP at product launch.
• Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product. All sales are final.
• We reserve the right to cancel auctions if the item is no longer available.
• We accept returns for those items which were posted with incorrect information, damaged in shipment, or the wrong item was shipped, ONLY if returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition.

Condition

• Factory Refurbished means that the item has passed all of the internal testing processes, and is fully functional. The item is complete with all relevant manuals and accessories. It may exhibit minor blemishes that will not affect the functionality of the unit. The packaging may not be original.

Warranty

• This item is covered by a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty from Gaggia Australia.

• After the completion of the auction, the winning bidder will receive an email from Extrastock within 3 hours of the auction close with payment instructions. Please checkout using our secure checkout as provided in this email.
• We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Direct Bank Deposit. All Valid Australian cards are accepted.
  
  Please note: If you choose "PAYPAL ECHEQUE" to pay for this item, it will take PAYPAL up to 5 Business Days to process the transaction. The transaction will complete after it is cleared by PAYPAL.
