Gainsborough Patio Lever Set 70mm

Chrome Plate

These new Gainsborough door handles will add a touch of elegance to your house.  They're manufactured by Gainsborough, so you know you're buying quality.

This privacy set includes a stylish and fashionable chrome plated zinc lever on a 70mm backset. 

Features:

  • Both levers are locked or unlocked by turnbutton in the inside lever.
  • Auxiliary bolt deadlatches latchbolt when door is closed.

Specifications:

  • Door thickness
    Fits 35mm to 50mm (1 3/8" - 2") door thickness (wood or metal door installation)
  • Lever Dimensions
    Lever length is 136mm, curved in design, featuring a 9.5mm return and with a projection of over 50mm from the face of the door.
  • Latch
    12.7mm throw, fire rated. Reversible for right or left-handed doors. Solid Brass latchbolt. Faceplate is self-adjusting to accommodate bevelled or flat doors. Faceplate size 58mm x 25mm.
  • Handing
    Non-handed: can be used on right or left-hand doors, open in or out.
  • Trim
    Zinc based levers, which are plated to match trim finish. All other parts are made of brass or stainless steel.
  • Door preparation
    54mm (2 1/8") cross bore and 25mm (1') edge bore.

These items are mostly excess shop stock, so occasionally the boxes are a bit dog eared, dusty or have sticky tape on them, however the items themselves are in new condition. 

Please excuse any fingerprints on the items, or the fact that sometimes they reflect other items/lights which affects their colour slightly.  I've never photographed such shiny items before.  Trust my descriptions!
