Aesthetically pleasing 1930s tray, in good condition, with firm handles with center shell motif. Inside of tray, bears swirling acanthus leaf patterns. The plain center, has  some surface scratches, to be expected of this vintage piece. Early English immigrants brought this to Oceania. A rarity these days.   Tea set found in  image 5, shown for display purpose only; not included in this auction. It is  sold in another auction,

Maker's  Hallmark:  " J.L.H. Silver Plate, Made in England"  stamped underneath tray.

Details: Oval tray , Length  53cm (Handle to Handle)  Width 29 cm, chased design, pierced rail.

A good acquisition , goes with Art Deco tea sets, see my other auctions.
