This is a vintage Garve DeLuxe 1920s adjustable hat or fedora stretcher in good looking and in good working condition.

It features a heavy aluminum and wood infrastructure with a screw type mechanism with a wonderful looking handle, which reduces or increases the hat size. This device was commonly found in haberdashers and likely dates back to the 1930s or earlier. It measures 6-1/2''x12''x12-1/2'' and weighs about 20 pounds.
