Just arrived -  a brand new - MEDIUM PURPLE - Gentle Leader Easy Walk Harness - Easy to fit, easy to use, dogs and owners love it.  Stops leash pulling quickly and comfortably. Front leash design with unique Martingale Loop - redirects forward motion.  If you like the Gentle Leader then you will love this product, for dogs who do not like the Gentle Leader - this may be the product for them.  Unlike traditional collars the harness never causes coughing, gagging or choking as it sits across the breastbone. Unlike traditional harness's that encourage dogs to pull harder this harness with front-chest leash attachment enables yo to steer your dog to the side by directing his attention towards you.  Snap buckles both shoulder and belly straps making it easy to get the harness on and off your dog, soft but strong nylon and 4 adjustment points provide maximum comfort and reliable fit.   This item is a training aide and should be used along with good training practices.

All items are ex warehouse in Melbourne-on line stores are managed in Geelong.  All orders are emailed to our volunteer in Melbourne (the evening of purchase) for him to pick up from warehouse during the working week, this depends on when our volunteer is next at work at the warehouse.  He does not work every day of the week - as we are volunteers, we do this when we are able.  Once item is picked up we generally post once and sometimes twice weekly (Wednesdays and Fridays) i.e orders placed at end of working week may not be picked up until early the following week and posted that same week.  

So please allow for this when making a purchase, we do not hold stock for immediate posting as the goods come out of the Manufacturer/Importer and there is a huge range and we do not have the funds to do so.   Warehouse is closed at weekends and we cannot access stock then, we try our very best to deliver as quickly as we can, however we need time to process and deliver your order. 

Our store is a fund raiser - run entirely by volunteers we pride ourselves on our service - but we are not a Power Seller and we do not have staff and products at our immediate disposal.  If you have any concerns regarding delivery it is best to email me before making a purchase rather than risk disappointment.  No one colour is quicker than the other - at times our volunteer may have limited items available at home - for his puppy training classes, however there are no guarantees.

At times there may be a run on an item in a particular size/colour – this does not happen very often but can happen from time to time.  We get no prior warning – we find out at point of pick up.   If this happens we will email you and keep you informed – stock is replaced within a day or two – unless it has to come in from overseas. If this happens we may be are able to offer a different colour – or be prepared to hang on until stock is replenished.  As I said this is rare and at times unavoidable and is short term.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post – once we post your item – it is our of our hands.   We use registered mail for 2 or more items, if you require the same for 1 item email before purchase and we will adjust the shipping. 

The proceeds of any sales will go directly to the Delta Society Aust. Pet Partners and will assist in the support of 500 volunteers and their Delta accredited dogs that visit hospitals, aged care, mental health rehabilitation and disability units Australia wide.  We also visit primary schools in the Geelong region and work with children in the classroom.  This is a very worthwhile program and all monies are tax deductible.   If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and have some free time and a dog with a nice temperament, contact us via email.  Facility enquiries (aged care etc.) also welcome.

We cannot guarantee that this product will work for all dogs - we can guarantee its reputation - and huge success rate.  If in doubt consult with your Vet/Trainer or local petshop as once tried we cannot refund - as item becomes used and is of no use to us.

If there is a fault with the item - we will gladly refund and pay postage - we will not refund for "change of mind"   If your dog has a skin ailment or any other ailments that could affect your dog from wearing this product - we ask that you consult with your Vet before hand.  If your dog is unable to wear a collar then it is likely that your dog will not be able to wear a harness.
