Both of our eBay AND Paypal business registration are also in BUSINESS status. This is important as you buy from a true BUSINESS STORE (not part-time sellers / gray market or students). We can always give you Professional Advice + Customer Service + After-Sale Service and VALID warranty. 
No More Hidden Cost - Some sellers often included a number of hidden or vague wordings in their product page that you "cannot" notice or find it. We HATE it and we believe it is a VERY BAD selling practice. At NewItemExpress - our professional sales will NEVER ask you to add any extra items at your own cost unless you actively ask for it. 
TRUE Sealed Items ONLY - Check this out! If you receive an item - remember to check whether your item has been in-used or opened or any fingerprint left on your item units. Automatically Upgrade to FedEx / EMS Express - Most often we will upgrade your shipping method from Worldwide AirMail to FedEx / EMS Express automatically with NO extra cost if you have purchased over 1kg or several items closed to 1kg. We will do this in a MAKE SENSE way. If you simply buy a screen protector or a single battery - we CANNOT do any upgrading. 
Warranty and After-Sale Support - This is the most important issues we concern. If you purchase items at NewItemExpress - we always LOVE to help. Our professional after-sale team will help you step by step procedure to do initial procedure to examine whether your item is defective or not. If your item is defective - you may enjoy FREE warranty coverage under VALID WARRANTY PERIOD. 
Ask if they have their OWN warehouse - If they do NOT own their warehouses to store items - this means that they always need to rely on 3rd party suppliers. The way they do is to ask a number of suppliers to provide them products. True Sealed Items and original warranty is one of the concerns you need to pay extra attention. 
Stay Away from Drop Shippers - Ask if they are Drop Shippers or not. If yes - beware of those sellers as they will not provide warranty / after-sale service AND it is impossible for them to help you even they said they "can". And yes - Drop Shippers do NOT own their own warehouses and they simply rely on 3rd party suppliers.
