 Gigabyte GA-K8N-SLI Motherboard and AMD 3700+ CPU

This Motherboard and processor have been working well for some time now in my media centre, I have since upgraded these and no longer require them. As far as I am aware these are in perfect working order still. Processor is an AMD Athlon 64, 3700+ at 2.2Ghz, Using a Socket 939.
