EXCHANGE & REGUND

We are happy to exchange item if you choose the wrong size or change your mind, please send it back with a return satchel bag and also with a letter of advice for the item and size you need. But please email us first to check if the item is available. If we made the mistake and send you the wrong item, please also send it back, we’ll send you the right one on our cost and also send you a gift to compensate the postage you spent. We are also happy to refund if something is wrong.
