SweetHeart shirred dress will fit sizes  0-1 because it's elastic smocked to fit with ease.
It will fit as a dress for the size 0-1 and then a top for the size 2-3 as the length will get shorter as your child grows taller.

It is machine washable.

Shoulder to hem: 52cms.

There are yellow broderie ties on the shoulders and a sweet layer of  frothy girly ruffles on the hem.

Looks great teamed with jeans, skirts and leggings! Also it can be layered with a long sleeve top underneath.
