 This is such a great piece.  It is a tunic style top which could be worn as a dress with leggings or a shirt!  I believe the size to be about a 6X.  Probably will fit ages 5-7 depending on the size of the child.  Measures 12" at the shoulders, 26 across the chest/waist, and is about 20" long.

It is definitely hand made out of vintage linens it looks like.  Very delicate lace work, but a sturdy piece.  In GREAT condition and wearable now!
