This is a Globe 0 to 35 volt DC millivolt meter. Zero starts in the center and it goes 35 mV neg to the left and 35 mV pos to the right. Model number EDM-01. The meter seem to work OK and the plastic case is pristine. This meter is surplus from an electronics school. Shipping to anywhere in the US is $5.00. International shipments are extra and may not reflect what is listed in the shipping cost below. Please contact me for the correct shipping cost if you are bidding outside the US.
