The Stainless Steel Powermac Exhaust Spacer. A Perfect Fit into Your KTJ or KTS Pipe.

If you have a problem getting an exhaust spacer to make a neat sealed fit between the exhaust mouth and the spacer? I am with you. I found it near impossible to find the Exhaust Flex that would fit neatly into the pipe. I also had the trouble of keeping the overall pipe length exactly what I needed.

So I talked to Mr. Peter Macdonald from Powermac Mufflers. He shared my concerns. Peter took up the challenge to make a joint suitable for the pipe and header that would solve our problems. That right. Powermac chose to come up with a soluton to the many requests to make the right spacer to do the job properly. He told me that the problem using solid spacers or flex was that they are measured on the ID, Yes the inside diameter. And that the sizes varied so much. Because he had to decide what outside size was needed for the AKA pipes he was contracted to produce he adopted a standard that he knew was available.

Peter then went to his Stainless Steel producer and paid them to make exactly the right size outside diameter to suit the standard pipe mouth. I now thank him for a great solution. And outcome to our long time spacer problem. Solving this small but very important piece to out engine needs does complete the package.

If you have the best header available it would have been made by Powermac specificly for your engine. You could say a perfect match.
