 We have for holiday rental our beautiful three bedroom unit. Main bedroom is a queen size suite with bathroom and walk through robe attached. The other two bedrooms have single beds and there is a day bed in the living room. Also we have fold out beds for the extras. The unit is fully self contained with everything you will need for your holiday. All linen, towels, beach towels, blankets etc are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, oven, pantry etc.Large screen TV with Austar and TV to main bedroom.Out door setting with BBQ and lawn area for kids to play. Access to family pool, poolroom and theatre by arrangement.  We are only a few minutes from the large Helensvale Westfields Shopping Centre for all your supplies and only a few more minutes to Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre.We are at Helensvale on the ridge over looking Movie World and Wet n Wild, we are also only a few minutes down the road to Dream World, Sea World and Surfers Paradise about 15mins away. We are 35mins to the Gold Coast airport and only a short direct train ride from Brisbane airport to Helensvale station.We have lots of wonderful testimonials and no negative feed back at all with lots of visitors re booking for next year. It is more like a stay with friends rather than a unit to rent. School holidays are available also at $200 per night. A small hire car with car seat  is available @ $40 per day all inclusive, 5 day min, fuel tank full bring it back the same. We have bus service from Helensvale train station to anywhere on the coast but we recommend having a hire car.
