DESCRIPTION

1.      Our wigs are all brand new. All are made with finest Kanekalon fibre.

2.      All our wigs are handcrafted works and they look as natural as genuine human hair.

3.      Our prices are relatively low compared to your local retailer since we are a factory outlet of wig products. However, we do not sell lesser quality products for our lower prices.

4.      Our wigs are adjustable and are sewed over a net cap. No pin, clip, or tape is required and all they are easy to wash and maintain.

OTHER INFORMATION

1. The color as shown on the computer screen might look slightly different from its actual color. Please refer to the product description accordingly.

2. The shape of the wig might be slightly damaged during shipment/delivery. You can restore it by simply shaking the wig and then combing it or spraying some hair-oil onto it.

3. Wigs can be washed gently in cold water using a mild shampoo. Rinse well in cold water, shake it out carefully, and let it dry naturally. Do not style it until it's completely dry, and do not expose to intense heat.

4. Please feel free to contact us ASAP if there is a problem related to your purchase before you decide to leave feedback because most problems can simply be fixed by communicating with us. We will do our best to help you resolve any problems.

PAYMENT

1.      For a convenient and more secure shopping experience, we accept Paypal ONLY; our Paypal account is under this email address: snackhour@gmail.com.

2.      Auction winner or buyer must PAY for related item(s) within 7 days after the end of the related auction(s) or within 7 days upon purchase. Bidder or buyer that does not carry out his/her payment responsibility will be reported to eBay.

3.      Once the payment is received, you will receive a notification from me. If you do not receive a message from me within 24 hours of your payment, please feel free to contact us for an update.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

1.      Ships directly from Hong Kong within 3 working days after the related payment is received in full.

2.      Combined Postage discount is Available. There is a AUD2.43 savings with each additional item.

3.      The merchandise will be sent to the address listed in the buyer’s Paypal account. For those who need to send to another address, please make a note in Paypal or email me.

4.      Orders are shipped via Registered airmail by HongKongPost which is requiring your signature and at home to collect it.

5.      Delivery takes 5-10 working days normally (usually no longer than 15 days). Please contact us if you do not receive the item(s) within 30 days after the payment date.

6.      International Buyers – Please Note:

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. 

- Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1.      We do have a refund and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased for any reason(s) except damages caused by delivery, you can send them back to us and file for a refund or exchange.

2.      We will only refund or exchange to buyer after the item(s) is delivered to us and you should send us the related track number before you send the item(s) back. The Buyer is responsible for the postage fees for returning the item(s).

3.      Shipping, insurance and handling charges will not be refunded.

4.      Return and Exchange must be within 30 days after the full payment. We do not preside over the item(s) if you do not contact us within the said 30 days.
