Manually Adjustable Massage Heads & Rolling Wheels The back rollers feature 3 width settings from 6cm – 19cm, enabling the user to adjust the roller according their size and/or tender areas. The massage heads can be manually adjusted to suit various shapes and sizes and to target specific areas in the neck, head & shoulder region.
Lower Body Air Pressure Massage
The lower body air pressure massage program is equipped with three levels of intensity. There are 27 air bags in the seat-rest, thigh points, calf points and feet points. When the calf air bags are expanded, the calf rest will automatically move downward at a 45° angle to relax the calf muscles and encourage the alleviation of knee joint pain. Items may be picked up by prior arrangement from Head Office and warehouse in Byron Bay, NSW.
Most items are delivered by Star Track Express Courier to either your home or workplace. When you paid for the winning item, you would have been asked to indicate a designated delivery address. Please include a delivery address phone number and a mobile phone number on the order so that the courier can call you. If you are not at that designated delivery location when the courier arrives, they will leave at note receipt at the premises with the driver’s mobile phone number. You will need to call the driver and arrange another drop off time. Items for delivery outside standard courier routes, and small size item will be sent via Registered Mail through Australia Post. You will receive a card from Australia Post directing you to go to your local post office to collect the parcel.

Repairs
If you think that product you have purchased from Vitality 4 Life or reseller requires on site servicing at our service centre, please contact us before you send the item. In many instances, we can resolve the issue via email, over the phone or by sending parts. If, via email or over the phone, it has been established that your machine does need to be physically inspected at a Vitality 4 Life service centre, please send in original box (where possible) with your name, address, copy of receipt of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem.
