POST:
Postage is as stated below. If there is no amount specified please email me for a postage calculation and include your post code.
Please Note – All Parcels are sent via Australia Post. We recommend you add insured/registered post to your postage amount. Is the only way to ensure delivery, the item must be signed for upon collection. We will not be held responsible for any item lost in the mail that is NOT insured/registered.
FEEDBACK:
We believe in Ebays feedback system, once we have received cleared payment we will leave positive feedback, unlike a lot of other sellers who will only give feedback once they receive it themselves. We hope that you to will leave us positive feedback upon completion of the delivery and satisfaction of the goods! If there is a problem or you aren’t happy – please email first so we can come to an arrangement before leaving unnecessary bad feedback.
PAYMENT:
Payment methods accepted are Bank Deposit, PAYPAL and Money Order.
International buyers must use PayPal only!
If you send a personal cheque your item will not be sent until this has cleared, which can take 1 week+ and will delay posting of your item.
We send items the same day payment is cleared, or at latest the next business day!
We post everyday so you’re guaranteed a quick delivery of your items!
Please finalise payment in 7 days, if this isn’t possible please let us know and we can extend your payment term.
We are a retail outlet, so all items include GST. If you require a printed Tax Invoice please let us know when making payment.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances only.
Exchange, Refund or Credit will be given if the goods have a manufacturers fault, or they were incorrectly described. Refunds, Exchange or Credit WILL NOT be given for simple change of mind purchases, or for incorrect sizing. If you are unsure of sizes ask questions before you bid. Accurate sizing details are given, however if you require more measurements or details email first.
All exchange, refunds or credits must be approved!
