There are many other charts around, but I find this one to be more accurate than most others. At the end of the day, to make sure a shoe size is going to fit your foot, you should always check your foots measurement, against the Inner-sole length, that I have provided above.

These are an absolutely gorgeous pair of authentic, made in Italy, GUCCI suede leather shoes. They are beautifully crafted, made from fine Italian leather, with fine & precise dual-stitching, and a wonderfully understated design style. These are exquisite & authentic, brown suede leather shoes, which are perfect for casual, every-day & work wear. They have a decorative stylized metal "G" badge, with the GUCCI name stamped in, and the Gucci name and "made in italy" are also printed in gold on the leather inner-soles. These shoes have all-leather uppers, lining & inner-soles, which are in very good condition (with just some light general wear); while the soles are synthetic. The Gucci name is also embossed in the soles, which are in good condition, with just a bit of light wear to the soles & back edges of the heels. These are suberb quality shoes, very casual, yet very stylish, allowing them to be worn anytime, and anywhere. They are very comfortable, and at the same time. very durable, making them perfect for both work & play.  

The size printed into the leather lining, is 37 C, which is an Italian size. There is often a one size difference between Italian shoe sizes and other European sizes (thus I suggest sz 38, as the normal European female shoe size). These would be the equivalent of Australian 5.5 - 6, or US 7.5 - 8. The inner-sole measurement is 24.5 - 25 cm (approx), from toe to heel. The widest part of the sole is 8.5 cm, and the heels are 4 cm high. 

Being authentic Gucci shoes, these would be seriously expensive suede leather shoes to buy new, you would expect to pay well over $500, and probably quite a bit more. These will be sent by registered (local or international) post, with Express options also available, upon request. Use the Buy It Now option, before someone else gets in first!
