Gorgeous Stylish Red Leather Handbag Purse Bag Superb Design

Very stylish & superbly designed vintage red leather handbag. This bag is absolutely gorgeous, with its lovely red leather, which is very smooth, with a matte, semi-gloss finish. This bag has no labels, stamps, badges or tags, so I don't know who made it, but it does have some age to it, and I suspect it was most likely made in the 1960s. The design style is beautiful, suggesting this bag was no cheapy. It has fine, precise stitching throughout, and beautiful leather folds, and a very nice brass frame at the top, with 3 large screws holding the 2 brass top strips(which are covered by some sort of red material) together, & giving shape & form to the leather shell below. There is a front flap, which closes by way of an old fashioned press-down clip. Inside, there is one large compartment, with tan leather &/or faux leather interior, with 2 pockets, sewn on, each having red leather trim. One of the pockets has a metal cresent, fitted over a cutaway section, and there is also an old chain attached, for keys, etc. This leather bag is in great condition for its age, with no signs of significant wear. The outershell looks great, with only some moinor rubbing to the lower corner trim. The leather strap is 66 cm long, and has a 30 cm drop. The interior is in good shape, but has a couple of pen stains, and a little bit of wear.
