SHIPPING SERVICES- We offer either flat rate or free shipping within the continental USA ( excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). We ship worldwide utilizing USPS priority mail & USPS express priority. All shipments outside the US will require insurance. If you prefer another service, please notify us and we will gladly calculate postage utilizing that service.

SHIPPING COSTS- For international shipments the calculator utilizes the name of your country. If you need assistance determining your shipping costs please let us know.

SHIPPING DAMAGE- We offer optional shipping insurance on all listings and encourage all bidders to take advantage of this service.All shipments outside the US do require insurance. Please let us know if your package arrives with damage. We will gladly provide you with the paid insurance receipt and the paperwork necessary to file the insurance claim if you purchased shipping insurance. It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to file the insurance claim with the post office and we will file claims with UPS. We do not extend any refunds on items which are damaged during shipment when insurance is not purchased.

RETURN POLICY- If the item you receive is not as described in our listing, please contact us within 1 day of receipt and we will issue a full refund both for your purchase price and shipping costs. The product must be returned to us in the same condition as it was received by you before the refund will be issued.
