Yummo! If you're a lover of pickles and preserves, chances are you are going to really love my products! Seriously, I've had many people say mine are the best preserved goods they've ever tried, and the word that keeps hopping up to describe them (besides "delicious"!) is "PURE".

Preservatives?? Get out of here! Just a bit of sugar and good old-fashioned "sterilising" (heat sealing). Why on earth would I want to add chemicals?? (If you haven't already figured it out, there's actually something very unnatural and just plain WRONG about doing that!). Preservatives are DANGEROUS CHEMICALS that are AFFECTING OUR CHILDREN (probably the majority of kids diagnosed with A.D.D. and fed harmful drugs for it are actually reacting to the preservatives in food!) so you will not find them in any of my products!

Up for grabs are jars of my NEW APPLE & LAVENDER JAM, which is not only unique, but absolutely delicious! Not only is this tasty treat great value, it is free of preservatives, thickeners and flavourings. All you get are Apples and freshly-picked organic Lavender Flowers pureed together and cooked with White Sugar.

This conserve is fruity & spicy, with the rich sweetness of ripe Australian Apples, and the unmistakable taste and aroma of Lavender. This jam is seriously delicious, and has just the right amount of lavender to make this a treat everyone can enjoy. I've only ever heard of one other similar jam, made by a lavender farm, and the complaints were that the lavender was way too strong, and that bits of lavender leaves were constantly having to be spat out, which made it even less enjoyable. You won't have to worry about any of these issues with my jam, as there are no leaves (and the soft, fresh purple flowers are very finely pureed), and the amount of lavender is such that it tastes like a jam, not a face mask! In fact, some people find it hard to place the taste until you tell them what it is, and then they're pleasantly surprised. Some people may pick up the lavender more as an after-taste, while others with a more sensitive palate will taste it straight away, but all agree this is the perfect blend and thoroughly delicious. It's thick and smooth, with tiny purple speckles, and really is a delight on morning toast.

Like all my jams, it is slow cooked for hours, not artificially thickened, so there's no need to worry about chemicals, gluten (for the intolerant) or gelatine (for vegetarians).

Your imagination is the limit for what you can do with this tasty spread: spoon it onto ice-cream, mix it with home-made yoghurt, fill pastries/tarts with it, spread it on toast or fresh bread, include it in a strudel or cake, or eat it straight out of the jar!

Each 150ml jar contains 185g of jam by weight. And like all my jams, sauces and preserves, this product is heat-sealed (in fact, all my fruit products in jars are sealed twice!). Check out the photo below the delivery prices table.
