Step 1                    Buyer selects their purchase.

Step 2                    Buyer WAITS to receive the purchase invoice listing the most economical and accurate postage cost to their address.

Step 3                    Buyer pays for their purchase by Direct Bank payment or PayPal (overseas customers).

Step 4                    Buyer leaves feedback after receiving the item.

Step 5                    The Orange Beehive leaves the buyer positive feedback when they follow these steps.  

Postage Options

Australian Buyers

Postage alternatives could be:

1.        Metropolitan Melbourne buyers can pay $6.95 for a parcel weighing between 500g - 1kg.

2.        Australia wide buyers can pay $5.50 for a parcel weighing up to 500g or $9.60 for a parcel weighing up to 3kg in an AUS Post Satchel Bag.

3.        The most economical cost as a package to the buyers address.

4.        The most economical cost for a package as a letter if under 500g.

Postage costs are determined by the postcode the item is being sent to. 

International Buyers

International customers can email us their country’s name and the item number/s they are interested in buying and they will be sent the postage cost with possible options. International parcel postage is calculated by weight only. Light weight items may be sent as a letter which attracts a lower cost. Air mail posts between 7-14 days and sea mail posts within 3 months depending on the destination. For further information please email us at orangebeehive@optusnet.com.au.

Buying Information

Bid Price               

The closing bid (auction) is final and it is an agreement to purchase the product at that bid price.

Buyer Acts            

At the end of the sale or auction the buyer needs to go through checkout and WAIT to receive the purchase invoice.

Payment Invoice

Buyers need to email us if they have not received the payment invoice within a few days after the end of the sale or auction.

Direct Bank Payments (Australian customers only)

The direct bank payment option is favoured by many customers. It does not incur fees to the seller or the                 customer.

PayPal Payment

Australian customers have the choice of paying by direct bank payment or if this is not suitable PayPal.

International customers pay by PayPal. Buyers need to be aware that payment by PayPal attracts a charge to the seller if the buyer uses a credit or debit card.

Payment Due

Payment must be received within 5 days upon receipt of the payment invoice.

Feedback

The buyer and The Orange Beehive leave appropriate feedback after the item has been sent and received.                 

Our feedback to the buyer is always favourable when the process has been followed. The buyer must leave feedback for each item bought if more than one was purchased.
