Quick Buying Process

Step 1              Buyers must pay after receiving their invoice listing most economical and accurate postage and handling costs. This avoids buyers paying inaccurate amounts and subsequently having to pay the difference or have funds credited back to them. The invoice is sent after the sale has closed. The postage listed is a guide only.

Step 2              Pay for your item by direct bank payment or PayPal (overseas customers)

Step 3              We leave positive feedback for the customer after sending the item

Step 4              Buyer leaves feedback after receiving the item  

Australian Buyers

Packages can be sent in the following ways:

1.        Metropolitan Melbourne buyers pay $6.95 for a parcel weighing between 500g - 1kg.

2.        Anywhere in Australia buyers pay $5.50 for a parcel weighing up to 500g or $9.60 for a parcel weighing up to 3kg in an AUS Post Satchel Bag.

3.        The most economical cost as a package.

4.        The most economical cost for a package as a letter if under 500g.

Postage costs is determined by the postcode the item is being sent to, whether it is sent as a letter or package, the weight and the L x W x H of the packaging.  

International Buyers

Please email your country’s name and the item number/s you are interested in to receive an accurate postage cost. International parcel postage is calculated by weight only. Light weight items may be sent as a letter attracting a lower cost. Air mail posts within 7-14 days and Sea mail posts within 3 months depending on the destination.

Recycled packaging is used as often as possible. If new packaging is required the cost is included on the invoice. Items more than 3kg are packaged in NEW or USED post packs, padded envelopes or boxes. At the Orange Beehive we endeavour to use the best used packaging to send items securely and avoid damage.

Bid Price

The closing bid is final and it is an agreement to purchase the product at that bid price.

Buyer Acts

At the end of the sale or auction the buyer needs to go through checkout and WAIT to receive the purchase invoice.

Payment Invoice

Buyers need to email us if they have not received the payment invoice within a few days after the end of the auction. Buyers be aware that Yahoo and Hotmail emails may be intercepted by the email systems as spam mail and placed in the deleted box.

Direct Bank Payments

Direct bank payment is a payment option that many customers favour. It does not incur fees to the seller or the Australian customer.

PayPal Payment

Australian customer have the choice of paying by direct bank payment or if this is not suitable PayPal.

International customers pay by PayPal as it the easiest and fastest option. Buyers need to be aware that payment by PayPal attracts a charge to the seller if the buyer uses a credit or debit card.

Payment Due  

Payment must be received within 5 days upon receipt of the payment invoice.

The last step in the purchase process is for the buyer and The Orange Beehive to leave appropriate feedback after the item has been received. Our feedback to the buyer is always favourable when the process has been followed. The buyer must leave feedback for each item bought if more than one was purchased.
