Structurally strong,, very comfortable 3 seater sofa

History
Has been kept in airconditioned environment most of its life. Leather in good condition despite the creases
All cushions and arm rests removable
Has some dog hair virtually glued to the underside - none on the surface area. One of the armrests doesnt fit snuggly onto structure - could be sewed back but still OK.
Light and easy to move by 2 people
