iTrip!!! it's not just for iPod anymore.

We call this one auto? Because it gets its power from your vehicle's 12 Volt accessory outlet. And we call it ?universal? because it works with any portable audio device that has a standard 1/8" headphone jack (including CDs, MP3s, cassettes, and yes, even iPod).

Additionally, the Plus in this iTrip model is the ability to charge your player by means of a built-in USB port.

Plug in your player's USB charge/sync cable, and you get to listen to your tunes while you?re traveling, and arrive with a fully-charged player.

What music players are compatible with the iTrip Auto Universal Plus?

First, the digital audio player must have a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack. Any iPod, Zune, Sansa, and most other mp3 players will have this headphone jack.

Second, your player must use a USB cable to connect to your computer or charger. You will use this cable to connect the player to the female USB port of the iTrip Auto Universal Plus. Although you do not HAVE to have this connection in order to transmit the audio to your FM radio, you must connect a USB cable if you want to charge your player.

Finally, to use this device with a original iPhone, you'd need a Griffin headphone adapter to fit the plug into the iPhone's recessed headphone jack. This does not apply to the iPhone 3G.
