Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and return the item to us, in the same condition as you received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA.

As with returns to other online merchants, you are responsible for return shipping charges, and our outbound shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
