from Growing Australian Native Plants.   As well as providing
information on additional shrubs, trees and rockery plants, this book
has chapters on aquatic plants and ferns.   It tells you how to
propagate ferns by plantlets and from spores, how to transplant
tree ferns, how to make a fern basket and how to make a fernery.  
The chapter on aquatic plants describes how to make a pond and
a bog garden.

There are numerous black and white illustrations and colour plates
throughout the book.   The plant lists give both botanical and
common names, the States where the plant grows naturally, the
plant's rate of growth and ultimate height, its flowering season and
the conditions it needs.   There are two indexes for easier reference.
