"Oneness" has been used by countless individuals and groups since 1994 Length of Meditation: 36min 07s "Oneness" is fully guided with tonal music accompaniment. Tonal music enhances the effectiveness of the meditation experience. For best results meditation should be practised daily or at least three times per week. Oneness is meditation 1 of a series of 4 guided meditations written and recorded by Judith Collins in 1994 called 'Meditation Journeys'. Each of the 4 meditations in 'Meditation Journeys' has a partiular focus and when used in sequence creates a pathway to greater enlightenment. The meditations are suitable for either beginners or experienced meditators. The other 3 meditations and the compilation double CD of 'Meditation Journeys' is available at the 'Meditation Journeys store'. These meditations were previously only available through Judith Collins' healing clinic or at her lectures / courses. Judith Collins is a gifted healer who has traveled and taught world wide. Judith has always been writing, with over 30 books to her credit including 'Companion Gardening in Australia', 'How to See and Read the Human Aura', 'You are what you think, feel and say' and 'The Colour of Life". Her healing work is the focus of her 1995 book 'I want to be healed'. In the early 1980's she was awarded the Advance Australia Award for her community work. Judith holds a Graduate Diploma in Social Ecology from the University of Western Sydney. Judith has written regular columns with national magazines and journals. Well Worth the Investment.
