Return policy
Under our company Policy if your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us by email of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or send a replacement as required.

When we dispatch your products we assume that you checked your existing bulbs before opening your new products to ensure you have the correct fitment/product.
 
For technical and safety reasons we ask that all returns be in the same, unopened condition as they were sent in. If the products are in the same condition then please email us to let us know you wish to return. We will then issue you with returns instructions. Any refunds or exchanges will be actioned the same working day upon receipt of the original goods.

Please note that any products returned to us are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you receive proof of postage and also package the returns adequately to avoid the products get damaged.

In the unlikely event that an item does not arrive we cannot declare an item as lost until at least 14 working days have passed from the date of dispatch for deliveries within the UK, and at least 24 working days for International deliveries. This is with accordance to Royal Mail delivery policies.
