About the Jewellery:

This jewellery is imported from Southern Africa. Each piece is an ORIGINAL DESIGN and promotes the RICH ETHNIC TALENTS of its people.

Solid brass and copper are the base materials of the product. These materials are exposed to burnishing and oxidising techniques, which are derived from applying extreme heat --> thus creating the exciting patterns and effects on the jewellery. Each item is ENTIRELY HANDMADE, which is why no two items are exactly identical. Of course, this also means that the item you receive *may* vary ever so slightly to the item pictured herein in colour/pattern.

The jewellery is sprayed with a clear lacquer to protect its shine and to prevent discolouration from the elements. You will notice some of the jewellery we are selling on eBay (for a limited time!!) has gemstones. These stones are found on the African continent and are said to have their own particular ethnic healing and spiritual properties.

Spiritual and Healing Properties

The gem in this item is an opaque black HEMATITE and is purported (within the spiritual community) to have the following properties :
