This beautiful Hand Knotted Modern Designer Rug is from Villages on the outskirts of Rajasthan, India. It is a recent, strong contemporary weave and is in excellent brand new condition. This is a beautifully woven rug and a typical example of high quality modern weaving. The dyes are more than likely naturally derived. 

Handknotted modern rugs are difficult to acquire and are extremely popular in today's market. The colours vary slightly as different batches of natural hemp have been used in the weave.  Thick, soft and durable; perfect for a living or dining room.
