This listing is for a beautiful, hand-crafted
and hand-painted personalised wooden Grandma / Nanny / Nanna / Grandpa / Grandad / Granparents plaque.

An ideal gift to give as a present to a grandparent.

These plaques can be mounted on doors, wardrobes and walls.

Any message can be added to these plaques and they can be made in any colours to suit your individual needs.

This particular plaque has been finished in lovely shades of gold, with glitter hearts for an added sparkly effect.

Hand-painted to a high standard in any chosen colour that you prefer.

The plaques are made from high quality birch plywood and measure 5 3/8" (13.7cm) wide by 2 5/8" (6.7cm) high. The plaque hangs from cotton twine and has two sparkly glitter hearts either side of the message. We can add any message you require to the front of the plaque. We can also add a message to the back of the plaque, for example "lots of love from Lisa, Steve, Jorge and Tilly" for no extra cost at all.

Ordering

When ordering please state the name and message you require on your plaque and your prefered colours.

Payment

Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of your purchase.

Once your payment has been received and cleared I will endeavour to get your personalised plaque made and sent within 7 working days.

If there are to be any unexpected delays I will contact you immediately.

Proof of posting will be obtained when your plaque is sent.

Postage and packaging will be £2.00 per order. If you order more than one plaque the postage costs will remain the same!
