HANDPAINTED CERAMIC 3D WINE BOTTLE HOLDER

You are bidding on a Ceramic Wine Bottle Holder with a 3D "Waiter" Theme. I had the entire collection of this pattern. The other have items have already been sold earlier this year. I didn't think I could part with this but I really don't need it any longer. I have 4 wine bottle holders. It is in very good condition. No chips or cracks. It come from Houston Harvest Gift Products. It measures 12" tall and has a diameter of 4 3/4". I would put a little ice in the bottom and sit my white wine bottle inside. It would extend above the top rim and you could easily grab this chilled bottle for serving another glass. Thanks for taking a look!

International Buyers: MUST email me for a shipping quote PRIOR to bidding on an item. I will be quoting PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL for items $10.00 or higher. Priority Mail International comes with Parcel Indemnity coverage that protect the item from loss or damage.  This is NOT the least expensive method it is the only USPS shipping method that comes with protection. There is no TRACKING NUMBER however there is Customs Shipping Number. First Class International form of shipment CANNOT BE INSURED and does not have a tracking number. Should an item be lost in shipment I must contact the US Postal Service and INITIATE AN INVESTIGATION which is then turned over to the Postal Service in the receiving country.  Once shipment has taken place this is the only method available to exercise the claim procedure.

Domestic Buyers:  EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY DUE TO UPCOMING CHANGES WITH EBAY REGULATIONS SURROUNDING INSURANCE, MY PROCEEDURES WILL ALSO CHANGE. All items with a value of $10.00 or higher will be shipped with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. The cost for the insurance will be included in the cost of Shipping and Handling.

Insurance Claims: Should an item be lost or damaged during shipment the insurance claim will need to be initiated. If the item is damaged, the buyer will still have to take the box, packing material and broken item to their local post office for inspection. Once the claim has been successfully initiated, the form for claim will be completed and I will pursue the claim locally. Once the post office at the receiving end signs off on the inspection of the damage and I have confirmation of this, I will issue a refund to the buyer. This procedure has been reviewed and confirmed with EBay.

Return Policy: Not all items can be returned. My return policy will be provided on a case by case basis. If approval is given for the return of an item the buyer will need to contact me at djb1026@aol.com. If permission is granted for a return, the shipping cost to return the item will be paid by the buyer.

Payment: Payment may be paid by using PayPal.  PayPal payments are expected within 4 days.  If payment is not received within this time frame I will send an email and advise that payment is overdue the item may be re-listed. You may always contact me by email is a special exception is needed. If an item is sold for LOCAL PICKUP ONLY payment will be either CASH OR BANK CHECK. If any other payment is desired, you will need to contact me before you bid.

Shipping Costs: The shipping charges quoted in the listings are based on an average for most locations in the country. The shipping and handling for items $10.00 or higher will include insurance and delivery confirmation.  IMPORTANT - If you are in Zone 8 (West Coast area) please be prepared to have your shipping charges adjusted at the time of invoice to reflect the higher charges for this Zone. Please wait until you have received your invoice before you submit payment.  If you want to be quoted before you bid, please email me with your zip code and I will estimate the cost at that time.

Combined Shipping Savings:  Remember, I will combine most items for a reduction in shipping costs. If the items are either too heavy or to large to combine, individual shipping may be more cost effective for you.
