Delivery & Payment

1.       We accept Paypal for international buyer, no further charge imposed.

2.       Please make your payment in 3 days after bidding, or we reserve the right of resale without advance notice. 

3.       Your lovely items will be dispatched in 1-2 days once the payment is confirmed.

4.       The item will be delivered by HK Post Office with Registered Air Mail, it takes about 7-14 working days to reach you.

5.       Since the item is delivered by registered mail, it needs your personal acknowledgment on receipt.   

6.       No insurance coverage for the transit. The buyer is responsible for the subsequence after dispatched.

7.       The buyer is responsible for all declaration and import levy, if any.

8.       To safeguard your own interest, please notify us if you do not receive your item(s) 10 days after payment.

9.       If the item is unfortunately lost in transit, please be patient, we’ll arrange to redeliver to you as soon as possible. However, if the item is out-of-stock, we shall choose an item of similar type with same grade same price for you.

Return Policy

1)    We always try to satisfy the buyer the most. Before you place the bid, please reconfirm if the item is the one of your like.  Once you placed the bid, both ebay and we will consider the transaction is on.

2)    Return due to “unsuitable or dislike” is not acceptable. Please read through the listing carefully before you place the bid and make sure the one you bid is of your like.  Should you have any query, feel free to contact us to clarify. We are glad to provide more item information for your reference.

3)    If the item itself is found defected in original package, please notify us in 3 working days after receipt, or we shall consider the transaction is completed.

4)    If your item is visibly defected on receipt, kindly mark it down on acknowledgement or just return to us directly.

5)    The item should be returned in its original package and conditions at buyer’s cost. The return postage cost is non-refundable.  If the replacement cannot be arranged, we shall only refund the price of the item.
