Returns

·       I will accept returns for faulty items only (unless mentioned in the listing - this usually relates to items of kiddies clothing that are suitable for play out etc)

·       I will NOT accept returns for change of mind

Refunds

·       I will refund total payments made by you (the buyer) including return postage for items that are faulty!  This will only be refunded upon receipt of the damaged goods for which you will have to initially pay return postage

·       If you have purchased a bulk lot, and an item is returned that is faulty, then I will refund pro-rata to the purchase price of the full "Lot" (except your return postage which I will refund in full!)
