HARK THE HERALD ANGELS 1972 PORSGRUND NORWAY PLATE MIB

This charming wall plate was the Norwegian Christmas plate for 1972 and was made by Porsgrund. It features 3 young girls dressed as angels playing instruments while standing around a Christmas tree. They are portrayed in colours of blue & white. It's a very sweet scene entitled "Hark - the Herald Angels Sing".  The description is written in both Norwegian and English on the back along with the info that it was made in 1972 and was a limited edition.  

This also comes in its original box along with a pamphlet describing what the plate is all about. The lid is clear plastic and the only thing which has wear and tear.

This delightful Christmas plate measures 17.5cm or 7" across and it is in Perfect Condition with NO chips, NO nicks, NO scratches, and NO crazing.  It also has a hole on the back for hanging on your wall or you can display it using a plate stand.
