I purchased this harness myself to have a muck around with the pony and cart scene.
Most of the stitching has been repaired( b4 my ownership).
Looks like a home job. Not the prettiest but is useable.
I have tried it on my 36 inch (9hh)pony and fits fine. All parts are there & you have room for adjustment to fit a larger pony.
It wouldn't take much for a handy person to restitch if need be as this is what I was going to do, but only when it started to fail, otherwise it is ready to go as is.
It was still in use right up until posted to me.
I had plans of redoing some to my liking and also sewing some padding on the breast strap but it hasn't happened. Some D's have surface rust but nothing major.
 
The reason I've decided to sell it ?????
 
My children are not showing any interest or giving me any help so I'm cleaning out the tack room. I'm putting my foot down. LOL.
We still have not had any rain and I will need any spare cash to buy hay if the weather is not going to be kind in the near future.
 
Please note:
There is no bridle with this harness.
