The trademark Hawkins style pressure cooker is famous for its excellent design and safety. The nature of the mechanism means that the lid cannot be opened under pressure. Additionally, the location of the gasket means that the seal lasts longer than in ordinary pressure cookers.

The Hawkins Ekobase range has a double thick heavy base (6.35mm) for better heat diffusion to avoid hotspots and the base is black anodised for easy cleaning. This 3.5L pressure cooker offers excellent value.
